Mindful Movement

These personalized sessions are for children, adolescents, adults and families. Mindful movement provides an opportunity for participants to explore mindfulness and movement strategies designed to increase calm, maintain focus and energize the brain and body.  Each session is designed to meet the unique needs of the client.   Incorporating yoga, movement, mindfulness and the principles of educational kinesiology yield powerful sessions which expand participants ability to move through life's challenging moments.  Families can learn to co-regulation strategies as they connect with one another via movement based activities and games.  Specially designed session for youth athletes that target increased strength, mobility and flexibility to enhance athletic performance also available.   Tailored yoga-based mindfulness and wellness programs can also be adapted to meet the needs of large groups in schools (students or staff) and corporate environments.
